Q. What is your return policy?

Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for print on-demand orders once an order has already been processed. For items that were damaged during shipment or if the incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact us and we will replace the item for you free of charge.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my item?

It takes between 1-3 business days for us to manufacture your item. We do not carry any stocks on hand and only produce your item after it has been ordered. Shipping is done via Xpost which takes between 2-3 days for delivery.

Q. Can you ship outside the Philippines (internationally)?

Our shipping courier Xpost only delivers within the Philippines. If you are based outside of the Philippines and want to place an order, please contact us and we can make special arrangements for your delivery using FedEx or DHL.

Q. Who started Merchiful?

Merchiful.com is a sub-brand created by Photo Fusion Digital Printing, Inc. In addition to its two retail locations in the Philippines, Photo Fusion also owns the sub-brands Customized.com.ph, PhotoFusion.com.ph, PillowArt.com.ph, SnugglyPets.com.ph, Teddy.ph, and WhiteLabel.ph.
