Q. What is your return policy?

Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for print on-demand orders once an order has already been processed. For items that were damaged during shipment or if the incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact us and we will replace the item for you free of charge.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my item?

It takes between 1-3 business days for us to manufacture your item, but also depends on the number of items you're ordering and our current order workload at the time. We do not carry any stocks on hand and only produce your item after it has been ordered. For shipping delivery times, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Q. Can you ship outside the Philippines (internationally)?

Yes, we ship internationally. Our shipping courier in the Philippines is Xpost, and our shipping courier for countries outside the Philippines is FedEx.

Q. Who started Merchiful?

Merchiful.com is a sub-brand created by Photo Fusion Digital Printing, Inc. In addition to its physical retail location located at SM Clark Mall in the Philippines, Photo Fusion also owns the sub-brands Customized.com.ph, PhotoFusion.com.ph, PillowArt.com.ph, SnugglyPets.com.ph, Teddy.ph, and WhiteLabel.ph.
